SHORT BREAK PRICING

 7th January to 10th February 2012: 3 nights £165, additional nights £45

11th February to 17th February 2012: 3 nights £200, additional nights £45

18th February to 30th March 2012: 3 nights £180, additional nights £45

 Short breaks can start or finish on any night of the week. 

 




The Tack Room is a cosy little cottage for a couple. Click on the photos to appreciate the generously proportioned studio bedroom with king size bed and the fully equipped kitchen with open fire and exposed stonework to one wall.

Ground Floor:

Kitchen: Range of wooden kitchen units, fridge, gas cooker, open log fire, glass topped table and two dining chairs, original oak beams. CD player with radio.

Utility Room: Washing machine, tumble drier, dishwasher, microwave oven, central heating boiler, ironing board and iron

Bathroom: Bath with fixed overhead shower, wash hand basin and wc.

First Floor:

Studio Bedroom: King size bed, Digital TV with Freeview, settee, chair, fitted wardrobes and cupboards, bookcase and selection of books.   

Additional details:

Heating: Gas fired central heating with thermostatically controlled radiators to every room. No additional charge for heating. Supply of logs for open fire in kitchen is included.

Parking: You may park one car in the gravelled courtyard car park subject to availability.

Welcome pack: We will provide a small initial supply of milk, tea, coffee, sugar and biscuits at no extra cost.              

Breakfasts: A full English breakfast using local produce as far as possible is available by arrangement in the guest house, at a cost of £5 per person.

Internet: Full broadband wireless internet access for which there is no extra charge.

Outside: Shared garden area with tables and chairs.   

Gas & Electricity: Both included in the price.

Towels & Bed linen: Both included and, if required, change of towels midweek.

Smoking & Pets: We do not allow smokers or pets in the cottage.

These prices are applicable only for telephone bookings direct with Bramwood. Any booking via a third party is likely to include a commission as an additional sum. Prices are per cottage and are based on a stay of seven nights starting at 4.00pm on a Saturday and ending at 10.30 am the following Saturday. After payment of a deposit of £100 at the time of booking, the remaining balance is due in full no later than six weeks before the start of your stay, please.
